The space boasts a versatile setup: a polished interior with updated décor, pool tables and a full live-music stage, plus an inviting outdoor patio for relaxed get-togethers.

Clermont, Florida now allows residents to keep up to five backyard hens in response to rising egg prices and local demand for sustainable living.
The new ordinance bans roosters to avoid noise issues and prohibits the commercial sale of eggs or poultry products.
Residents must provide proper food, water, and secure, city-approved coops to ensure animal welfare. However, homeowners associations may set stricter rules, which the city will not regulate.
Applying for city approval is required before bringing chickens home.
